Refund and Returns Policy

If what you ordered is not everything you hoped for, simply return items in original condition within the following time frame:

  • 30 days for all items except:
  • 45 days for hearing instruments
  • 1 year for Featherspring® Foot Supports

Securely pack items for return and include a note with your name, address, what you are returning and why. Do not mail hearing aids or Featherspring® Foot Supports in an envelope. They can be crushed or lost in postal equipment. You are responsible for the safe return of any items for which you’d like to receive credit or to be exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Hearing aids and Featherspring® Foot Supports can be used but may not be damaged to receive a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, 45 days after delivery for hearing instruments, and 1 year after delivery for Featherspring® Foot Supports

Refunds

Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to receive your merchandise, inspect it, process your request and ship your exchange or refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
