Featherspring Adjustments

Did you know that your Feathersprings can be adjusted?

We have a fully equipped adjustment laboratory with trained technicians right here in DeKalb, IL who can adjust your Feathersprings. Over time almost everyone’s feet will change a little, the good news is we can adjust your supports to accommodate these changes. Also, if your Feathersprings ever become mis-shaped due to normal wear and tear, we can adjust your supports back to the original shape they were in when you first took them out of the box.

How to get your Feathersprings adjusted:

• Fill out the adjustment form that came with your supports with as much information as possible. Click here for a downloadable adjustment form.
• Place your supports, along with the adjustment form, in a sturdy box and mail them to:

• For your protection, we recommend shipping your supports via insured mail, UPS or Federal Express.
• Adjustments made after the first year are $59.95 plus shipping & handling. (Shipping and handling fees:  $8.95 – U.S. orders, $17.95 – Canadian orders, $34.95 – All other International orders.) All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Please note: We may need new impressions of your feet to make an adjustment. We keep your original impressions on file for 5 years. If you need to make new impressions or are unsure if you need them, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-628-4693, or click here to order new impression materials.
